Retrieves one incoming phone number belonging to an account. Supply AccountSid and Sid to identify the account and incoming phone number, and use the returned resource details to inspect its capabilities and messaging configuration.

Error handling
AccountSid must be a 34-character account SID beginning with AC, and Sid must be a 34-character incoming phone number SID beginning with PN. Any supplied identifier must correspond to the account and incoming phone number you intend to retrieve.
