Get an account

Retrieves a specific Account by its unique Account SID. Supply the account identifier in Sid using the required 34-character Account SID format.

The unique Account SID to retrieve. Must be exactly 34 characters and match `^AC[0-9a-fA-F]{32}$`.

200Returns the Account resource, including its SID, status, type, owner account SID, friendly name, timestamps, authorization token, subresource URIs, and resource URI.

The authorization token for this account. This token should be kept a secret, so no sharing.

The date that this account was created, in GMT in RFC 2822 format

The date that this account was last updated, in GMT in RFC 2822 format.

A human readable description of this account, up to 64 characters long. By default the FriendlyName is your email address.

The unique 34 character id that represents the parent of this account. The OwnerAccountSid of a parent account is it's own sid.

Error handling

Sid must be exactly 34 characters and match the Account SID format AC followed by 32 hexadecimal characters. Sid must identify the Account to retrieve.
